Most project speeches are 5 – 7 minutes. Contest speeches are also 5 – 7 minutes. If you are doing your ice-break speech, is 4 – 6 minutes. It is important to speak within the timing requirement or else you will be disqualified in a contest or to be voted in a chapter meeting.
